Managing Director Martin Kernan brings a unique but highly relevant skill set to his role at Konstruct. A planning graduate with a background working in both finance and property, his commercial astuteness is matched only by his excellent people skills, which make him a fine negotiator and an accomplished problem solver. As well as the day-to-day running of the company and overall management of workflows, Martin is heavily involved in business development and strategy, identifying new routes to market with a view to driving organic growth of the company. Whilst he has a great head for figures, Martin is also a talented chef and arts aficionado, having been known to tread the boards on occasion with his local theatre group!
Technically minded with a keen eye for detail, Contracts Director Columb Gribben has more than 15 years of construction industry experience and has been responsible for the safe and successful execution of a wide range of projects across the commercial, leisure and residential sectors.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Columb is responsible for overseeing all practical construction elements of each project, liaising with the design and construction management teams to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframes and budgets.
