Konstruct’s design and build service means we are equipped to take your project from inception right through to completion using our in-house supply chain. This service is of particular value to small, independent or inexperienced business owners who know what they want to achieve, but lack the time and expertise to manage the process.

OK, let’s do this. Now that we know your project is commercially viable, we’ll drill down into specific objectives on quality, specification, feasibility and budget allocation.
We’ll procure a team of design consultants from our extensive supply chain. We assess each new project carefully at the outset in order to match the best designer with the brief, ensuring a smooth working relationship and a stunning outcome for the client. Examples of our designers’ work can be viewed in our Inspiration gallery. At this stage we also develop your project programme & budget tracker, involve statutory bodies as necessary, and agree information exchanges and design responsibilities
This stage involves the final development of your design ready for construction – quite literally, the nuts and bolts of how your design will work including specifications, sections, and the overall ‘buildability’ of the project. With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Konstruct offers a full in-house contracting service from stripping out to installation.
We build it! We carry out the word to the agreed specification, time frame and budget. We can also undertake the management of all specialist subcontractors and professional guidance on compliance, health & safety and FF&E selection/procurement.
The fully operational, finished building is returned to the client, ready to open. In the case of live projects, the handover may be phased.
We maintain continued contact with the client post-handover to ensure a smooth transition and swift resolution of any snags.
